ALL Years Parent Information Evening

Dear Parents/Carers

I would like to invite you to a Parents’ Information Evening. This will be held in the School Theatre on Thursday 19th September from 6:30pm – 8:30pm

The aim of the evening is to present you with a variety of different information in the form of short workshops, which will take the format of a carousel of presentations.

In addition to this members of the Senior Leadership & Pastoral Teams will be on hand should you wish to speak to them individually. 

To help us prepare for the evening, it would be extremely helpful to know expected numbers. Please visit You will be asked to enter your name, your child’s full name and date of birth and then you will be able to indicate that you are able to come (we anticipate a maximum of two seats per family). It is not necessary for students to attend this evening as the information will be communicated to them in a variety of ways this during this half term period. If you have children in multiple year groups we will be on hand to advise you which sessions should be attended. 

All parents that sign up to attend by Friday 13th September will be automatically entered in a prize draw which will be drawn on the night, so ensure you get booked on!
