Supporting the mental health of your children

Emotional Health Professionals delivering parent support at Chessington School

We are really excited to be announcing two sessions for next week specifically for parents to support their children. The sessions are being delivered by our Borough colleagues from the Emotional Health Service. The sessions will be one hour long and will be followed by a question and answer opportunity. We will also try to ensure our Pastoral and SEN team are around to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.

The sessions below are open to all parents of all year groups.

We do appreciate that this is short notice, but the opportunity to put the sessions on was too good to pass up.

Tuesday, 26th March:
Managing your child’s worry and anxiety – Secondary School Version.
Delivered by Catherine Vahey, from the Emotional Health Service

Thursday, 28th March:
Mental Wellbeing in Exam Season.
Delivered by Jo Steer from the Emotional Health Service

Please could you respond by logging in to: https://chessington.parentseveningsystem.co.uk to let us know if you would like to attend so we can have enough space and can cater for all.

If you have any questions, please do let me know.
